The Ministry has a participatory and consultative forum for the formulation and implementation of policy. The process of participation and consultation is facilitated by well coordinated set of guidelines for associating non-officials, experts, professionals, concerned persons etc., in the various Committees of the Ministry. A set of guidelines have been evolved for the setting up of Committees under this Ministry, a copy of which is enclosed. |
