Collaboration in organising the Conference

 Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel,
extended his support and addressed the inaugural session of the

Conference.

 Shri Kiritsinh Rana, Hon'ble Minister (Forest & Environment),

Govt. of Gujarat and Shri Jagdish Vishwakarma (Panchal), Hon’ble
State Minister (Forest & Environment), Govt. of Gujarat, had also

extended their special attention to facilitate logistics support for the
event.

 The Forest Department, Government of Gujarat, headed by
Shri S. K. Chaturvedi, PCCF & HoFF, arranged the ground-level

execution and manpower assistance for the Conference.

 Shri Ram Ratan Nala, Director, Sardar Patel Zoological Park,

Gujarat, and his officers, facilitated Jungle Safari.

 Visit to Statue of Unity (SoU), laser show, photography and other
logistic support at SoU were arranged by Deputy Collector, Statue

of Unity, District Narmada, Gujarat.

 About 200 police personnel, 150 employees and 100 plus liaison

officers from Government of Gujarat were deployed.

 11 dedicated Committees from MoEF&CC, Govt. of India, and 12

dedicated Committees from the State Govt. of Gujarat, under
the superintendence of Smt. Richa Sharma, Additional Secretary,

MoEF&CC, and Shri Nityanand Srivastava, PCCF (WL),
respectively, were constituted for different works.
